Event Title:
Triple-Game Soccer Event (7v7 Format)
Date:
Tuesday Evening, 9:15 PM - 10:30 PM
Location:
4664 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338
Objective:
This document outlines the basic rules and operational guidelines for the Triple-Game Soccer Event, in which three simultaneous 7v7 soccer games will be conducted on a single field. This event will be scheduled to take place on Tuesday evening, starting at 9:15 PM and concluding at 10:30 PM.
Event Overview:
• Game Format:
Three separate 7v7 soccer games will be played simultaneously, using a single soccer field. Each game will be conducted according to the standard rules of 7v7 soccer, with minor adaptations for the unique arrangement of three games taking place at the same time.
• Time Slot:
Each game will start promptly at 9:15 PM and end at 10:30 PM, with a total duration of 75 minutes.
• Field Setup:
The soccer field will be divided into three equal playing areas, each designated for one of the games. Appropriate markings will be placed on the field to demarcate the boundaries of each game.
• Player Capacity:
Each game will involve 7 players per team, with two teams per game, resulting in a total of 14 players per game.
• In total, 42 players will participate in the event across the three simultaneous games (14 players per game × 3 games).
• If two full teams (14 players) are not met for a game, the players will be split evenly across the available teams, resulting in fewer players per game.
o For example, if only 10 players show up, teams will be reduced to 5v5 for that game.
• If only 7 players are present for a game, that team will play as scheduled, but players from other games will be rotated in to balance the teams. The 7-player team will face the winner of the field in their game.
• If fewer than 7 players register for a game, the remaining players will be added to other teams to balance the teams. This could result in 9v9 matches depending on how many players are available.
• All players must register through the Pick-Up Application, OPEN SPORTS to secure their spot and receive updates on any changes to the team setup.
Registration and Payment:
• Registration:
Players must register for their desired game through the Pick-Up Application, OPEN SPORT, which allows them to select the game they wish to participate in. Registration will be open for all players to sign up until 2 hours before the scheduled event.

Game Rules and Structure:
Game Duration:
o Each game will be played for 75 minutes, divided into two halves of 35 minutes, with a 5-minute halftime break. If group is rotated in halves will be adjusted and playing time will be modified. This will accommodate tournament playing style and winning team will stay on allowing losing team break.
o The clock will run continuously, except for injuries or other special circumstances.
Teams and Substitutions:
o Each game will feature two teams of 7 players unless teams are modified
o Substitutions are non-applicable
Field Setup:
o The field will be divided into three equal sections, ensuring a clear boundary for each game. Each game will have its own goalposts, and each team will be assigned a specific area.
Referee and Officiating:
o Will be added once budget and revenue allow. A central referee will oversee all three games to ensure fairness and safety.
Scoring:
o Games will follow standard soccer scoring rules, with goals worth one point each.
