(in this privacy policy, together with any of our affiliates, will be referred to as "we" or "us", or in the possessive “our”) we are committed to ensuring our Service is provided in a manner that is consistent with our Users’ (below in this privacy policy, will be referred to as “you” and “your”) expectations about privacy. This privacy policy (the "Policy") is designed to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

This Policy applies to any personal information used as part of the Service, as it is defined in our Terms of Use. Additionally, capitalized terms used in this Policy have the same definitions as in our Terms of Use.

  • connect you with Organizations that host Events;
  • allow Organizations to enable your participation in Events;
  • maintain responsible commercial relations with you;
  • determine your eligibility for Events and recommend Events to you, including Events based on your location;
  • develop and enhance our Service;
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations;
  • manage our business operations; and
  • detect, suppress or prevent fraud and manage and secure our networks.


When you use the Service, your consent will be implied in certain circumstances, most often when you willingly and intentionally provide us with your personal information, including directly in writing or electronically.

We also rely on third parties for your consent when you access our offering using other services that you have disclosed your personal information to, and those services are permitted to disclose it to us. Examples of this include an SNS Account you use to log into your Account or devices on which you’ve enabled location data to be shared.

We may also seek your express consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. Most often, we will seek your express consent when it is highly sensitive or required for a new purpose. We may obtain your consent by your checking of a box, your acquiescence to an agreement or by you taking another affirmative action.


In order to facilitate and support the features of the Service, we collect personal information through the Service and through third-party services such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This personal information includes: first & last names, emails, gender, profile pictures, birthdate, and phone numbers.

We also collect personal information to contact you via telephone, email, text, postal mail, social media interaction, or other methods of communication, for reasons such as customer support.

We collect information connected to you from data made available by the device, browser, or software you use. Such information may include but is not limited to:

Additionally, we collect payment information when you make a payment using the Service. Such payment information may include but is not limited to: metadata (last 4 digits, card expiry, card brand), previous payment methods (for quick subsequent purchases) and account credit.

Primarily, this collected information is used to facilitate the purposes mentioned above. Uses include maintaining your Account, communicating with Organizations that host Events you participate in, enabling the organization of Events by Organizations, collecting and remitting payment for Events to Organizations, and improving our Service offering.

We also track areas of interest, including: the types of Events that interest you; information about how you interact with us or the Service, such as the products or services you view or share; and how you interact with us, Organizations, and other Users.

In certain situations, and with certain Organizations where the nature of the Events creates enhanced concerns about health and safety, for example for Events with minors or with school or youth Organizations, we may collect and use personal information that attracts heightened concerns of privacy and sensitivity, such as information about minors or health information, including allergies. We will treat this information with increased sensitivity and only use it to the extent that we are directed to by the Organizations that request we collect it.


We will not transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your express consent, except for as detailed in this Section. These third parties include our trusted service providers, Organizations, and advertisers.

We disclose your personal information to Organizations. This is to allow the Organizations to plan and carry out Events. This includes allowing the Organizations to use your personal information for: bookings (Facility, Event, leagues, tournaments, classes, etc.), memberships, attendance & check-in tracking, and for waiver agreements. Organizations may also use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and procedures. For the more sensitive personal information we reference in the collection and use section above, we solely share that information with the Organizations that request we collect it.

We disclosure your personal information to service providers that we engage to help us provide the Services, including Payment Processors. The Payment Processors may also use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and procedures.

We also share anonymized statistics pertaining to Users’ general behaviour.

We may also disclose or transfer your personal information to the extent required to by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws or with legal process served on us; (ii) protect or defend our rights or property; (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety, property, or privacy of our employees, users, or members of the public; or (iv) effect a transaction, restructuring or proceeding that transfers to a third party the assets or line of business to which the information pertains.
