Players and event managers can upload an unlimited number of photos on the web and app, to the event page (you cannot upload photos directly to your group page). Only the organizers (people with admin privileges for the event) can delete photos. Event photos automatically appear on the group page.
Right when you create an event, the organizers (people with admin privileges for the event) as well as the attendees can upload photos through the Event Details page.

Group Admins and Event Admins/Event Managers can delete event photos on the app or website. Event attendees and group members who are not admins can NOT delete photos.
App: Click on the photo and click the three dots at the top right. Select “Delete”. Web: Click on the photo and click the Delete button (top left corner of photo)
Event photos from all events in a group automatically appear on your group page, under the Photos heading. Group Admins cannot delete photos from this view. Photos must be deleted from the event that they were uploaded from.
