How do I mute a conversation?

Turn off OpenSports chat notifications

On the App

For all chat-related tools, in the app, click on the top bar of the conversation where you see the info symbol (i).

Muting a conversation

In the app, click on the top bar of the conversation where you see the info symbol (i). At the bottom of the list of chat participants, tap on “Mute Chat notifications” and they will be muted until you un-mute them.

On the Web

On the web, click on the top bar of the conversation where you see the info symbol (the three horizontal bars). Under “Chat Notification: On” click on the Mute Chat Notifications button, and they will be muted until you unmute them.
