Why can’t I edit the refund policy/if I’m collecting payment/if my event is private?
Once you have created an event, the three main things you cannot edit are:
- if the event is public or private;
- the refund policy;
- if you’re collecting payment via OpenSports.
Most other fields can be easily edited through the Edit button (on web or app).
If you want to edit one of those 3 things, but don’t want to recreate the whole event, just click “Repeat event” and you will be able to edit everything, including if the event is public or private, the refund policy, and if you’re collecting payment via OpenSports.
