After you link up your bank account to Stripe for direct deposits, we’ll approve your event and then you will be able to share your event.
How do I know that this is secure?
Most OpenSports organizers connect their Stripe/OpenSports account to their company bank account unless they don’t have that setup in which case they will connect it to their personal bank account. The company Stripe — that handles our transactions — is the same company that handles payments for Kickstarter, Shopify, Facebook, Unicef, Lyft, etc. Stripe is one of the most security aware companies.
