We made this process really easy, so you can automatically redeem a game from your membership when you check out!

How to redeem a game from your membership

Lets say you purchased a membership from a group. Now, the next time you go to join an event from that group, you will be prompted to apply the membership!

Here’s how — App:

Tap Join to get a spot to the event> In the register spots/check-out page, you will see a “Membership” bar > Tap on the drop down menu to see a list of your membership(s) from within that group > Select the membership you want to apply > On the next page you will see a summary of your spots and cost, tap on “Get Spot” to complete the order.

In the example below, the player has a membership which entitles them to $35 for one month of free drop in volleyball and soccer. In the check-out/register spots screen, the summary shoes that a 100% discount has been applied, meaning the player is not charged any additional money for the event.

In the example below, the player has a membership which entitles them to $35 for one month of free drop in pickup soccer. In the check-out/register spots screen, the summary shoes that a 100% discount has been applied, meaning the player is not charged any additional money for the event.

Note: in this screen cap, you can see that initially, a discount was applied, until the player selects that they want their membership to apply instead of the discount.
Since the player applied their $35/month membership (which entitles them to 100% off pickup games), they do not have to pay for their spot when they join the event.
