If an event was cancelled, how do I receive the refund?

When players are refunded, they will receive a message in their OpenSports chat (or email, if they are set up to receive notifications via email).

The actual refund will come 5–10 days after receiving this message.

Note: Players will have to check their own bank account to monitor when they actually receive the refund.

If you paid for an event that was cancelled, and you didn’t receive a notification about being refunded, contact the group administrator to ask if they sent refunds.
