Go to the group through your player profile page in the app (or website), go to the “Groups” tab, and click on the “Following” icon. A window will pop up, asking you to confirm if you want to leave the group. Click “Yes.”
Click on the “Following” button and you will be asked if you are sure you want to leave the group.
