How users receive notification

Users will receive notifications based on how they access OpenSports:

  • App users with push notifications disabled will receive notifications via email instead.

  • Users who only use the web version of OpenSports will receive notifications through email.

Note: If a user signs up using Facebook, their email notifications may not work if Facebook doesn’t share their email address with OpenSports due to privacy settings.
