*New Time - Men Team 1 v Team 2 1:30:00 PM 3:00:00 PM

AT LEAST 18 PLAYERS PER GAME MUST REGISTER BEFORE WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 22nd at 5PM EASTERN OR GAME(S) WILL BE CANCELLED/REFUNDED

If you register, you are guaranteed a spot to play.  If we do not have enough players, we will refund the fees shortly after the deadlines above.

G'day everyone!

The board has met and our proposed final schedule is up. Few small changes  Check the OpenSports App, but not plans for the rest of the season to change anything.  This includes having training and non-contact games (if enough register, co-ed all ages), plus mens clubs games (with the opportunity for clubs who are not scheduled to play to join one of the other clubs playing because they all need additional numbers) and three more contact based women's games. 
And AusKick style for the Kids on September 25th!
As summer comes to an end, make sure to check your calendars and open up the OpenSport app (https://opensports.net/afl-ontario-2021-2022) to come get your kicks in.

To all the associated clubs and valued members,

Welcome to the AFL Ontario 2021 “season”, we invite you with great pleasure to this friendly season and it's scheduled non-competitive games and training this year. With an exciting mix of Auskick and Training events present in this season, we would love to have all the clubs on board with us. Through our training sessions and non-contact games, we are providing a platform for all the players to upskill their game and bring this competition on levelled grounds.

Games:
The schedule is outlined here - https://opensports.ca/afl-ontario-2021-2022. You must register and pay ($10/game) in order to participate for insurance purposes.
Note that all womens games are contact and are mixed games between clubs.
Mens games are “team” based, but in order to have full participation numbers, we encourage you to register/join any game that suits your timing.
This year’s focus is on playing the game and growing the sport. There are no league standings with a focus on safety and “sportspersonship”.

Training:
We offer, for free, an opportunity to train and play non-contact flag aussie rules each week in September from 10-11am in Toronto. This Is a great way to learn the game without the pressure of playing. Please register to participate, no club affiliation or experience is required to join. If we do not have enough signed up, we cannot run the program.

AusKick:
Bring your kids, ages 4-10, on September 25th from 10-11am for a kick about and meet some new friends!

Grand Final:
We will be sharing all club party information, so if you're looking for a place to watch the AFL Grand Final, we will let you know where it's happening across Ontario.

Event information related to timings, game schedules, location can be found on Open Sports website. Please click on the link in the invitation card sent below for this week's game schedule and joining information.
We will send out similar invitation cards every week with an updated link to the games taking place that week, do not forget to join/register with just a click.

What to bring with you:
All the attending members as well as teams, please do not forget to get the following items:

1. Jersey/T-Shirt and Shorts .

2. Running/Athletic footwear.

3. Snacks & Water.

4. Sunscreen, antibug/mosquito spray.

5. Hand sanitizers, Napkins,
   *Please note alcohol is prohibited.
