Let's keep it real, these are hard times to say the least. Join us for a 4 week, online yoga series to calm the nervous system, regulate your emotions, move through stress and connect with others. Our community is supportive, inspiring and you will leave each class feeling better than you did when you came.
Class style is an all levels, gentle flow. We recommend using a yoga mat and a block (if you don't have one, a rolled up blanket and/or book can work just as well). Find a quiet(er) space in your home, dim the lights and carve out this time for your own mental and physical well-being.
Class runs on Monday evenings (to set you up for the week) from 7:30-8:20pm. By registering you are making a commitment to your health and well-being. In addition, moving with others creates accountability. Bring a friend (online), move and connect with us!

Cancellation Policy
A full refund can be issued 24 hours before the first class, after the session starts, there are no refunds or class credits for missed classes.
Cancellation Deadline: January 9, 2022 7:30 PM (EST)
Cancellations before the deadline will give you a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline are not refundable.
