
This vinyasa flow style yoga class is led by Brenna Swift, a life long dancer who recently completed her 200hr RYT training. It is designed for dancers of all levels who are looking to continue their yoga practice in a relaxed and supportive environment. Set to contemporary ambient and instrumental music, class will begin with a warm up, flow through a series of dynamic postures focused on increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, and end with a cool down and savasana.
Modifications will be available so that dancers can gain what they need from their practice, and challenge themselves appropriately. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring water as well as your own yoga mat.
This session runs consecutively (once a week) from Sunday, January 4th-Sunday, February 8th (6 weeks) from 6:45-7:45pm and classes are held at Jennifer's Arts in Motion in Whitby.
Please note, at least 4 participants are required for this class to run. Full refund will be issued 24 hours in advance if the class needs to be cancelled due to low enrolment. *Note that this class is being offered at a reduced rate, as Brenna is a recent certified yoga teacher graduate looking for more experience in the art of teaching.

Full refunds are available up until 24 hours before the class start time. There are no class credits or refunds provided with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations before the deadline will give you a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline are not refundable.
