Come and play at arguably Brisbane's premier outdoor pickleball venue! UQ has two individually-caged specialist pickleball courts. With only 10 attendees per session, you are assured of plenty of time on court.

This session is for experienced intermediate and above players. You should have a good understanding of strategy, a wide array of shots, and be able to handle the ball coming at pace. It is not suitable for those who have not played before (even if you have a strong background in other racquet sports), or those reasonably new to the game. Those players should join either a Come & Try session, or a Social Session, which are held at this venue on other nights.

The session will use a round robin format with a diversity of partners and opponents.

Feel free to join us for an optional drink at the St. Lucy Café after the session.

The courts are located in front of the Tennis pavilion at the UQ Sport Tennis Centre.

Please note that all parking at UQ is paid parking. There is more information about parking at UQ here. We recommend downloading the PayStay app ahead of time. The courts are a short walk from the UQ Lakes busway station so public transport is also a viable option.
