Pickleball On The Green Friday Mornings
Pickleball is a paddle sport with elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, using a lightweight paddle and plastic ball. The game is played as singles and doubles. For more information on how to play, see this video (click here) or read the following (click here).
Pickleball, being a low-impact sport, is considered by many experts to be easy to learn and very beginner-friendly. With its low impact on the body, it is suitable for all ages. Above all, the sport not only allows the participants to be active, but it also provides an opportunity to meet other people.
More importantly to us, pickleball has now arrived at North Balwyn Bowls Club (NBBC), which is located within the City of Boroondara (Ashburton, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Burwood, Camberwell, Canterbury, Deepdene, Glen Iris, Glenferrie South, Greythorn, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Kew, Kew East, Mont Albert, and Surrey Hills).
If you cancel your ticket before the deadline, the full cost of your ticket will be issued to your North Balwyn Bowls & Pickleball account credit.
