Style, grooves, your favourite music and so many laughs! Join Movement Project founder, Lindsay Daniels for a beginner class rooted in a combination of hip hop and pop style dance (i.e. think music video style dancing). If you have attended our "Ladies Night" class in the past, this class is a similar format.

Class will start with a basic, follow the leader warm-up, some dance grooves and basics followed by a fun, upbeat and easy to follow dance combination. New to dance? Perfect! This is the class for you. Be prepared to sweat, cheer each other on and have the best time. Note, this class is for dancers age 21+.

This 4 week session runs consecutively from Sunday, November 12th-Sunday, December 3rd at 4:00-5:00pm *note the 15 mins time change compared to the last session time.

Please note At least 4 registered dancers are required for this class to run. Full refund will be issued 24 hours in advance if the class needs to be cancelled due to low enrolment*
