
This 6 week contemporary series will include a warm up, progressions across the floor and combinations where you will explore the art of contemporary dance. You will learn choreography, develop performance skills and gain greater confidence in picking up movement sequences.
This class is designed for the absolute beginner or for a dancer who may have some previous experience in contemporary dance. Modifications are offered throughout so you are challenged appropriately.
This 6 week session runs consecutively (once a week on Sundays) from Sunday, Sept 13th-Sunday, Oct 25th (no class on Thanksgiving Sunday, Oct 11th) from 4-5pm. Please wear comfortable active wear, you can either dance barefoot or socks can work (up to you!) and bring water with you to class.
Please note At least 7 registered dancers are required for this class to run. Full refund will be issued 24 hours in advance if the class needs to be cancelled due to low enrolment*
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available up until 24 hours before the class start time. There are no class credits or refunds provided with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations before the deadline will give you a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline are not refundable.
