Hockey specific Strength and Conditioning focused on skill acquisition, movement mechanics, strength, speed, power, and injury prevention. Small group training, limited to 9 athletes. Each athlete will have there own lifting station. Social distancing will be utilized whenever possible. Weight room will be cleaned prior to the start of each lifting session.
